c. Troubleshooting
4. Tax reporting
5. Special projects to support Finance Manager and CFO
Requirements/Skills
• Strong accounting experience – 5+ years
• Sox experience required
• Project accounting experience required (project mgmt systems)
• Advertising agency experience preferred
• Experience with foreign based subsidiaries (Consolidations)
• SAP or Hyperion consolidation systems
Personal Attributes
• Strong communication skills
• Self starter – requires minimum oversight
• Flexible – dynamic work environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar area
Competencies
• Detail oriented, organized and structured
• Able to multitask and work directly with the managers and supervisors of the different departments within the Company
• Must be proficient in ADP software
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
• Experience working with Advantage accounting software is a plus
• Self-starter
